Stevie Inghram's Story
Stevie Inghram, ND, MS (she/they) is an expert in mind-body health and consults with clients' globally via webcam and in-person in the Chicago area. Her work is deeply influenced by her own identities as a queer & trans woman having experienced the complex chronic stress of marginalized identity. In her late 20s, she was diagnosed with Primary Adrenal Insufficiency (Addison's Disease), an autoimmune condition where the body stops producing the life-sustaining hormone cortisol. Living with these experiences has given Stevie a unique window into the complexities of living with a chronic health condition.
Given these formative experiences, Stevie has developed a strong passion for natural health, Eastern philosophy, and contemplative practices as all of these traditions seek to guide us into optimal well-being physically, mentally, emotionally, energetically, and spiritually.
Beyond Natural Health...
She is the host of Queer Story Time The Podcast of which has achieved 20,000+ downloads globally. She also continues to write, educate, and research on the intersections of holistic health and queer/trans care.
Whereas Stevie has a passion for these intersections, her work is open and available to all regardless of gender identity or sexual orientation.

Health Restoration Approach
To truly restore your health, the care you receive should not be one size fits all. Stevie offers comprehensive mind-body centered care where every recommendation is filtered through multiple healing lenses including:
Naturopathic, Homeopathic, Yogic/Ayurvedic, and Chinese Medicine perspectives all of which bridge modern science, the laws of nature, and evidence-informed natural therapeutics including nutritional & supplement recommendations, hydrotherapies, acupuncture, manual therapy, botanical formulations, lifestyle & contemplative counseling, mindful movement and breathing practices, and more subtle non-invasive energy work like Reiki and acupressure.
Work With Stevie Inghram, ND
True, lasting health is a journey, not a quick fix. It takes time to unravel complex health issues, establish new rhythms, and allow the body to restore its own innate balance.
While Stevie offers flexible follow-up sessions, she strongly recommends that all new clients commit to a minimum of six months of guided support.
This timeframe allows us to move beyond initial health struggles and into the deep, foundational work required for sustainable health change. Depending upon the complexity of your health, support beyond six months may be beneficial. Overall, Stevie's goal is to empower you with the tools and understanding needed for a lifetime of health; this begins with our committed professional partnership.
To begin, you'll start with a comprehensive 2-hour deep dive which serves as the foundation of our work together along with offering a variety of follow-up options to support your health goals at any stage.
